The Stefan Janoski is a sporty yet classy shoe. The Air Max element within the shoe is a key design within the comfort. I wear these when I do choreography for musicals, when I am exercising and when I have long school days on my feet and I could be happier. The shoe offers a one piece upper with side panel wrapping so you do not have the constant struggle or annoying feeling of the shoes tounge falling around on you. An issue and frankly the only noticeable issue within the shoe is most liekly a factor mistake within my left shoe in which it feels as if their is a bump in the arch of my foot. I would highly recommend to any athlete wholikes to stay classy, they look well with the jeans and/ or joggers just as they do with shorts.

I've had these shoes for a little over a year now and love them. Super comfortable and they look great, I get lots of compliments. What I don&找活動折扣#x27;t love - there is a cloth lining on the interior that started shredding within the first few months that I had them - they are almost entirely disintegrated now (about 16 months later). Additionally, my workplace has concrete floors in the hallways. These shoes quickly developed an insanely loud and annoying squeaky sound that is unavoidable. It's almost loud enough for me to not want to wear them anymore. This time around, I'm opting for the Nike Air Max 90's which look similar but look a bit more durable.

Sick-looking shoe (11.5, all white). Was looking for a replacement for my 3 yr old Nike Free Run 2 (11.5, all white), but am not a big fan of the modern "sock attached to sole" designs (e.g. Nike Air Zoom Flyknit, Adidas Ultraboost) as I don't want my toes poking out and ruining the aesthetic -- I want some "structure" around the toebox and sides. Also, these are very accomodating for (my) wider feet, which isn't the case for all Nikes.
I use these for road biking, weightlifting, and casual wear. However, they are probably a bit less suitable to athletic uses than other trainers, e.g. due to back side being a bit more bulky and less sculpted around heel.商品訊息特點

眉眼盈盈靠保養 眼科醫提醒女性吃蛋、魚油和葉黃素

母親節前夕，中國醫藥大學新竹附設醫院眼科主任陳瑩山特別提醒不同階段的婦女們，需要認識眼睛疾病更需要護眼保健，例如女性邁入更年期，會因女性荷爾蒙減少得到乾眼症的比例會比男性高；因此建議女性多吃蔬果、魚油和亞麻仁油，及每天一顆蛋等。
陳瑩山指出，孕媽咪在懷孕期間，眼部葉黃素及腦神經系統的omega-3，大量提供給胎兒，造成媽媽眼睛營養物質嚴重流失，眼底黃斑部色素量及omega-3量急速下降；因此容易出現視力模糊，或病變、眼底出血的狀況。
尤其是高度近視的孕婦更要小心，臨床上有許多高度近視者在懷孕第三期因為黃斑部出血，視力急遽惡化而就醫的案例；這是因為高度近視的人眼球易提早老化，葉黃素吸收率變差也容易流失，再加上懷孕第三期，孕婦體內養分快速透過臍帶給胎兒，讓葉黃素更不足，在缺乏葉黃素保護的情形下，3C產品強烈光源直射眼睛，短時間會出現畏光、易疲勞的症狀，長期下來，黃斑部就可能出血。

陳瑩山提醒，孕婦需多補充葉黃素、減少使用3C、定期進行視力檢查，以葉黃素來說，建議一日至少需要6至10毫克，約一碗菠菜即可達到每日攝取標準；另每天吃一顆「蛋」對眼睛也是有極大助益的，因為蛋本身含葉黃素、玉米黃素及鋅，吃下的營養素更能有效進入人體。
40歲以上女性開始面臨更年期的問題，女性邁入更年期，會因女性荷爾蒙減少而無法保護眼睛，所以更年期女性得到乾眼症的比例會比男性高很多。
陳瑩山建議在食物上可以多攝取魚油和亞麻仁油，多吃含維他命A、C、E的蔬菜及水果；若是長期待在冷氣房，可以在房內放置一盆水來增加室內溼度；還可以用熱敷來增進眼睛周圍血流、舒緩眼周肌肉；同樣也要避免過度使用3C產品，適度讓眼睛休息。
陳瑩山表示，女性進入更年期後，缺少賀爾蒙能夠保護視神經，長期高眼壓容易造成視神經萎縮，就容易有失明的風險，而青光眼是指眼壓對視神經造成傷害，除了靠藥物降低眼壓外，要靠自己平時注意護眼；建議婦女平時應該多多攝取讓視神經血管健康的食物，其中魚油中的DHA與EPA有助視網膜及視神經面對氧化壓力，避免細胞凋亡，具有保護視網膜神經節細胞的功能，對保護眼睛有很大的功效。
